The receipt of the email as described is required to confirm the validity of the purchase and effect the contract subject to your (THE PURCHASER) payment clearing our bank account within 7 days. The minimum age that the PURCHASER must be is 18 years of age at the time of purchase. POSTING AND DELIVERY WITHIN IRELAND It is your statutory right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods/products that have not been delivered after a period of 21 days. In the event that this happens, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility. PRICE OF GOODS The prices of products/goods are those as listed on our website and will be agreed as per the exchange of emails as detailed above. All prices may be adjusted from time to time inline with tax changes or suppliers increases. This exchange of emails determines the final contractual price. or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong. All prices stated are in € (Euro). We accept no responsibility for rates of exchange or charges that your Bankor Credit Card company may apply to any transaction or currency adjestments. STATUTORY RIGHTS AND COOLING OFF PERIOD You, the PURCHASER have the statutory right to return goods/products up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. This is known as the ‘Cooling Off’ period. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
